I now offer a one day, interactive workshop designed for company owners (including sole practitioners) who are looking to grow and add momentum to their business. Using a mixture of practical exercises, business tools and groups discussions, the workshop will help you create a business model for sustainable profitable growth, and to develop an effective plan to get you to the next level of business success.
The workshops are held in Crawley (Crowne Plaza Hotel) and London (Institute of Directors) and limited to 10 participants to ensure maximum focus and interactivity. Starting your Own Business: delivered through Fairplace
I run this workshop twice a month for Fairplace which has been voted “the most effective outplacement provider in the world”. Fairplace is a member of the AIM listed human resources consulting group Savile Group Plc and delivers bespoke career transition solutions. It featured high in the 2010 Sunday Times Top 100 companies to work for. These workshops are a full day, with normally up to 12 participants; they are highly interactive and run through the three phases covered in From Crew to Captain: reflecting, planning and doing. Many hundreds of people have been through this programme.
From time to time I also do a condensed three-hour version for those of the MBA students at Cass Business School looking to set up their own businesses.
